| mGen Trainer is a Learning Management System (LMS) that
enables the delivery and management of all facets of training,
including classrooms, courseware, multimedia, instructors,
exercises and drills. mGen Trainer uniquely addresses
the challenges of local adoption and usage through the
ability to create multiple training hierarchies (i.e.:
state, county, town or department), that can operate independently
or be rolled into one system.
mGen Trainer also includes robust customized
reporting capabilities, which enable state and local
agencies to comply with the mandatory budget and personnel
reporting policies that the DHS requires in order to
receive funding. Audit trails for training histories,
accreditation, costs and skills gaps are automatically
generated and easily accessed within the system.
