FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – July 22, 2002 – mGen, Inc., a leading developer of
distributed knowledge, human capital and learning management systems, today
announced it will speak at the Technology 2010: Are You Prepared?
Conference in Williamsburg, Virginia on July 24, 2002.

mGen will discuss how Web-based training, as part of a larger
organizational knowledge initiative, ensures learning will continue before, during
and after a specific course of training is completed. Attendees will learn how
separate, but related initiatives such as News and Information, Knowledge
Communities, Content Management, Learning Management and Human Capital
Management must come together to enable an organization to leverage,
manage and distribute knowledge assets in one fully integrated communications
system.

The Conference will focus on the changing and developing needs in
information technology, and prepare organizations to support these needs through
the year 2010. For additional information about the Technology 2010
