mGen's administrative system was built
with a Flash interface, above an XML backbone, enabling
mGen to win contracts where security is a concern. The
HCMS portion of the solution provides administrators
and users with a variety of features and functionality
- including certification tracking, skills gap analysis,
classroom management and reporting - that can improve
an organization's intellectual capital.
