Foxborough, MA - November 12, 2002 mGen, a leading developer of distributed knowledge, human capital and learning management systems, today announced the Company has posted its sixth profitable year. Ending its fiscal year on September 30, 2002, mGen's successful year included the addition of new customers, the launch of an integrated organizational communications solution and the expansion of the Company.

Finally, through its organic growth, mGen expanded its presence in the market by increasing its sales, marketing and product development teams, as well as opening a new office in Washington, D.C. The expansion into the Washington, D.C. area enables the Company to fully service and support one of its target customers - the government.
