mGen announces exclusive hosting agreement with
Visum Learning Services.
Foxborough, MA - January 27, 2005- mGen, Inc., a leading
provider of learning and training software solutions, today announced
an exclusive hosting agreement with Visum Learning Services.
As part of this partnership, mGen will utilize the
Visum Tier One hosting facilities based in Atlanta, GA.
This offers mGen the ability to sell its Learning and Content Management
software products to organizations that would rather have these
applications hosted externally.

together with mGen, Visum extends it Learning Service offering by
adding a robust, scalable Learning Management System."

and an 800 number Help Desk that mGen did not have. Our typical customer
has a system behind its firewall. With this new ASP model, we can both
extend our offerings to the Government and Commercial
